About us
Our Notarial Office operates as a civil law partnership of two notaries: Iwona Cyz-Hejmo and Maciej Iłowski.
In 1991, notary Grzegorz Iłowski – a former partner, now a retired notary – established Individual Notarial Office No. 84 at 3 Basztowa Street. From 1992 onwards, the Office, by then entirely private, operated as a two-person civil law partnership after notary Iwona Cyz-Hejmo joined it. She had begun her career together with Grzegorz Iłowski at the State Notarial Office in Kraków.
In 2009, notary Maciej Iłowski joined the partnership after completing his notarial apprenticeship and a three-year assessorship at the Office.
In 2005, the Office moved to 13 Grunwaldzka Street. The building is adjacent to, among others, the Land and Mortgage Register Court, the Geodesy Department and the City Treasury Department.
We deal with a wide range of real estate transactions (developed and undeveloped plots, premises), cooperative apartments, as well as matters relating to inheritance and commercial law (in particular companies).
We strive to provide our clients with professional service, always approaching each legal matter individually and providing appropriate explanations regarding the intended notarial acts.
For larger groups participating in notarial acts (e.g. shareholders' meetings), we have a spacious conference room available.
Card payments are accepted and Wi-Fi is available. Parking spaces around the Office are located in Paid Parking Zone C.
